Do I get to see my personalized product before it's produced?

For products that are personalized, you will be able to customize your product and approve a proof before adding the item to your cart. All personalized product sales are final once submitted and cannot be changed or returned.

 

What are the photo requirements for products that feature uploaded photographs?

Please submit large, high quality images for best reproduction results. We recommend 300 dpi resolution for digital images. Our website will also alert you with a warning if the quality of the image you upload is considered too low of resolution. If you receive this warning alert, we recommend uploading a higher resolution image to ensure great photo reproduction on your product.

 

How do I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Please call or email our customer service team to request changes to your order. Please note that we are unable to make design changes to a personalized product once your order has been placed. We move to production very quickly after the order is submitted, so be sure to double check your personalization for any errors before submitting your order.

 

How quickly will my order ship?

Most products will ship out within 2 days. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground, but you have other expedited shipping options available to you during the check out process. These are offered for an additional charge.

 

How do I return an item?

If you purchased personalized products, we are unable to accept returns. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
